John Daly is joining Exia Labs as Chief Growth Officer, leading revenue growth, business development, and strategic partnerships.
John brings more than two decades of experience across the Army technology lifecycle, from turning requirements into capabilities through budgeting, prototyping, testing, systems integration, and fielding to Soldiers.
He began his career as an Army Cavalry Scout, serving in Iraq with the 3rd Infantry Division. He went on to hold technical and program leadership roles supporting PEO C3T and DEVCOM C5ISR, working across tactical networks, satellite communications, and TROJAN intelligence systems. In industry, he built and led teams that secured hundreds of millions of dollars in contract awards at companies like CACI and Sigma Defense Systems.
At Exia Labs, John will lead our growth across the Department of War, connecting operational needs with our spatial reasoning and simulation capabilities to help warfighters make better decisions faster.
“I’ve experienced Army modernization from the battlefield to the engineering and program offices responsible for delivering new capabilities. What drew me to Exia Labs is the opportunity to help close the gap between what technology makes possible and what warfighters actually have available when decisions matter most.”
— John Daly, Chief Growth Officer
