Introducing LTC Stuart Williams to the Exia Labs Team Through the DoD SkillBridge Fellowship
Stuart is an Army logistician bringing 25+ years of leadership and global sustainment expertise to advance our agentic-driven decision advantage tools.
Stuart is a career Army officer with over 25+ years of distinguished service, blending deep expertise in logistics, sustainment, and strategic planning. Most recently, he commanded the Army Field Support Battalion – Charleston (AFSBn-CHS), home of the Army’s Prepositioned Stocks (APS-3) program, where he led a 600-person organization responsible for maintaining and deploying combat power positioned aboard ships worldwide.
His career has spanned tactical, operational, and strategic levels. Stuart has commanded at company and battalion levels, deployed multiple times to Iraq, Korea, and Europe, and served in elite assignments including Regimental S4 for the 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment (Airborne) and SAMS planner for the XVIII Airborne Corps. He holds master’s degrees in business administration, Military Arts and Science, and Military Operations, and is a graduate of the School of Advanced Military Studies.
Across his career, Stuart has built a reputation as an expert in sustainment, readiness and planning. He has successfully led organizations at every echelon, solving complex logistical challenges in not only tactical but in the operational and strategic environments as well. His unique perspective—bridging tactical Soldier experience, large-scale sustainment operations, and global supply chain management—positions him to make an immediate impact at Exia Labs.
Stuart brings unique perspectives on sustainment and readiness challenges, coupled with planning expertise that will directly contribute to our mission of advancing agentic-enabled decision support tools. His leadership experience in complex logistical operations and global power projection will be invaluable in shaping how Exia Labs builds decision dominance for commanders and staffs.
